As a sales manager, you will grow and develop your own team of sales professionals. Our training includes a hands-on approach that allows you to learn directly from WeatherTek owners and seasoned staff. Base salary varies with experience, plus commissions.
Qualifications:
- Competitive outlook and motivated to develop and lead a team
- Able to work on projects independently while supporting team enterprises
- Provide team training for promoting WeatherTek’s products and services throughout local neighborhoods to generate new leads
- Possess the capacity and comfort level to climb ladders and walk on roofs to execute thorough inspections
- Access to reliable and adequate transportation
- Oversee sales location training and online company meetings
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a solid sales record
- Experience with job site management and has a keen eye for detail
- Fundamental understanding of construction installation and projects
- Customer relationship management (CRM) software experience
Job Duties/Expectations
- Provides efficient responses to incoming leads and team inquiries
- Responsible for helping to improve lead generation through multiple means
- Ensures team executes the WeatherTek Way procedures to follow up with all leads and potential customers in a timely fashion
- Completes daily software reporting and new customer entry for all related activities
- Manages sales team tasks and can assist at any time if needed
- Communicates well with current clients and prospective customers
